Late Policy

We work hard to accommodate every client, but sometimes it just isn’t possible dependant on the service.

More than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show, and will result in a 100% fee as we cannot fulfill your service at that point. Please be courteous to others early to your appointment, so we can spend more time on you. During the winter months please be mindful of slower traffic and leave earlier than normal. Policies will still apply.


Cancellations

Things happen, we get it! For your convenience, all appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior will be free of charge. Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. Day of appointment cancellations will be considered a no-show, and will result in a 100% fee. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house. For emergency situations, please call or text ASAP. If you cancel/reschedule/no show 3 times in a row you’re no longer able to book services with us.


No shows

We respect your time, and kindly ask that you respect ours in return. When you no-show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space, and consequently lose time and money. No show appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house.


Children

For the safety of your child, we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 are either left at home or accompanied by another adult while you receive your service. This is for the safety and enjoyment of you, your child, and our other clients.


Cell Phones

The Dutcher Aesthetic is a place of relaxation, healing, and escape. We have our phones silenced with you in mind, and kindly ask you do the same. Phone calls, FaceTimes, and YouTube videos may be taken outside, or listened to through headphones.


Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a service, let us know upfront! Trust us, you won’t hurt our feelings, and we’re happy to fix it for you within 3 days of the service. With this in mind, there are no refunds for services. Unopened products may be returned within 3 days.


Repeated cancellations or no-shows, refusal to abide by salon policies, or inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service. The Dutcher Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
